What we measure, and what we deliberately do not.

This site uses our own first-party analytics rather than a third-party advertising platform. We record which pages are viewed, how long they are read for, how far down the page a reader gets, which page a visit starts and ends on, the general device type, and the campaign or link that brought a visitor here.

We do not store IP addresses. Approximate country and city are derived at the network edge and stored only at that coarse level. We do not use fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share this data.

Until you accept otherwise, measurement is limited to the current browsing session and is discarded when you close the tab. Accepting lets us store a random identifier in your browser so a returning visitor is counted once rather than twice. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Information you submit through a form — your name, contact details, company and message — is stored so we can respond to you and maintain a record of the enquiry. It is retained for as long as there is a legitimate business relationship, and is not used for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@14ourteends.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.
